Classes Descriptions
Body Sculpt
A resistance training class that will tone, sculpt and build strength using weights, body bars, tubing, and a variety of group training equipment. All fitness levels.
Step
High energy, low impact workout involving stepping on and off an adjustable platform, incorporating different step patterns. Great for all fitness levels.
Cycling
A 45-60 minute workout guaranteed to make you sweat!! The stationary bicycle experience is perfect for any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist or serious racer. All fitness levels.
Body Walk
A technique that allows you to individualize your workout with walking, running, short drills or speed play to intensify or modify a walk. All fitness levels. Begins April and Ends November.
Yoga
Weight-bearing postures, balancing poses, and deep relaxation will help to calm your mind while developing muscular strength and improving posture and flexibility. Great for all fitness levels.
Boot Camp Sculpt
A power class that combines traditional exercises and drills - jumping jacks, push-ups, crunches, lunges, squats, and more - to develop power and improve your strength and agility. A challenging workout for the upper and lower body.
Yogafit
Calm your mind and rejuvenate. Lengthen and tone your body by flowing through and holding the poses of yoga. Reconnect with your breath and relieve stress by gaining control over your thoughts, feelings, and built up tension through meditation and relaxation. Yogafit increases the wellness of your entire body - mentally, physically, and spiritually. It is a personal journey where you can choose your destination during each class, focusing on your individual goals. A Yogafit class is a great way to start or end your day!
Pilates
Classic Mat Pilates to improve flexibility, core stability, posture, balance and tone, tighten and lengthen your body. All fitness levels.
Body Weight Training
A resistance training class incorporating calisthenics, stability balls, tubing, and more, to improve overall fitness level. All fitness levels.
Rowing
Excellent total body conditioning, no impact, cardio workout using Concept IIErg machines. All fitness levels.
Rebounding
A non-impact 30 minute Cardio Workout, jumping on a mini Trampoline incorporating twists, running, and hopping to music. Fun for all fitness levels.
Kick Boxing
Get your blood flowing and heart pumping by kicking, punching, and lunging your way to fitness. This class combines traditional kickboxing moves with calisthenics and interval strength training. A great class to achieve a total body workout: burning fat, toning muscles, and increasing your strength.
